No. Unlike other roommate apps, you don’t need to upgrade for the basics — most Diggz features are free, and you can match and chat freely without a subscription. But if you’re in a rush, or have a harder sell like a higher rent, a non-central location, or lower-demand months, Premium can help move things along.
Anytime — even a second after you pay. Once you cancel, we’ll never charge you again. Sign up for a week and cancel before it ends and you’ll only pay for that one week. You stay Premium until the paid period is over, so there’s nothing to remember on the last day.

We send a reminder 3 days before every renewal so you have plenty of time to cancel — no surprise charges. We’ll also email you a receipt each time a renewal is processed. If you do get charged and contact us the same day, we’ll honor a full refund. Requests beyond that fall under our refund policy.
